Biography

  • Dr. Mohamed Mostafa received his M.Sc. degree in 2005 and Ph.D. degree in March 2012, both in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Information, Helwan University, Egypt. Currently, he is an assistant professor at the Business Information System department, faculty of Management and Technology, at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Cairo, Egypt. His main research interests are in the areas of Wireless Sensor Networks, Body Sensor Networks, Intelligent Health Monitoring, Security, and Software Engineering. He has published several papers in major international journals, book chapters, and peer-reviewed international conference proceedings. In addition, he currently advises a number of master students in addition to leading and supervising various graduation projects. Moreover, he is an IEEE member and a reviewer, technical program committee member, local arrangement committee member, and special sessions' co-chair.
