Biography

  • Mostafa Fedawy was born in Alex, Egypt, in 1979. He finished his BSc and Msc. at the Electronics and Communications Department, Faculty of Engineering, Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, Egypt, at 2001, 2006 , respectively. Dr. Fedawy finished his Ph.D. at Ain Shams University, Egypt, 2013 in the field of Devices and nanotechnology. He is now an Assistant Professor at Electronics and Communications Department, Faculty of Engineering, Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, Egypt.
