Biography

  • This is Reham El Shazly. I am an Assistant Lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and I am a M.A. TEFL holder. Actually, I am doing my Phd at Cardiff Metropolitan University.I was awarded my excellent B.A. from the faculty of Arts English department, Cairo University with very good with honor in May 2000. Since then, I have been working in the field of teaching. I have been working for the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, in the Institute of Language Studies and Humanities, as a member of the teaching staff, an English Instructor and then as an Assistant Lecturer. I have been teaching ESP in the various colleges of the AASTMT such as Business Administration, Hotels & Tourism, Engineering, Logistics and Maritime Transport. I have, also, worked for the CACE in various programs, such as the Summer school, the ICDL, and the adults courses for different levels. I have taught preparatory courses for some of the international exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, and BULATS. This has given me vast knowledge and command to cope with many of the current challenges of the field.
