Previous employment includes positions in Strategic Initiatives, Management and Decision Support, Marketing, Customer Service, CRM and Corporate Training/Consultancy. His formal education includes an MBA in Marketing Management and BA. in Hotel Management
In the area of consultancy, Hatem has served as a management consultant for major players in the building & construction materials, food, agriculture and services sectors in Egypt where he was managing different processes and targeting a diversified customer-base.
In the area of instruction and training, Hatem’s experience includes working as a part time Instructor of Marketing, International Marketing and Business Simulation at the American University in Cairo, Modern Science and Arts University, and Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport
Hatem is also an approved Tutor of Consumer Behavior at Edinburgh Business School for the distance learning MBA program.
