Works for the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport since 1995, where he reached the post of the Dean of the College of International Transport and Logistics (April 1, 2014), and the academic title of Professor of Commercial (April 1, 2013). Visiting professor to Alexandria (Law and Commerce Colleges, 2010-2012) and Nantes Universities (France, 1910), and was in secondment to the Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (2012-2013). Arbitrator at the Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration, and in practice before both chambers, that of Alexandria (Cases: 23/2008 25/2009 26/2009 and 31/2011), and Cairo (Cases: 265/2001 700/2010 1008/2014 1010/2014 and 1034/2015).
