Dr. Ghoneim earned her PhD degree in Education, Cardiff Metropolitan University, School of Education, April 2018. She has also earned her MA degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the American University in Cairo (AUC). Dr. Ghoneim teaches currently both the Methodology in ESP and Syllabus Design and Material Development courses offered in the Master of ESP. She also teaches a variety of the modules of the English Teacher Training Certificate (ELTTC). Teaching the Listening course at the College of Language and Communication (CLC) is what Dr. Ghoneim has been teaching for several years now. She has taught and coordinated a variety of ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses including English for Marine Engineering, English for Engineering, and English for Fisheries in addition to the teaching of courses for the colleges of Logistics and Maritime. She has also participated in preparing teaching material for different specializations and taken part in a variety of oral and written assessments.
