Economic Vehicle (alternative to Rickshaw)

Based on the belief of our role to contribute to the development of applied solutions to the problems facing our society, we have been workeing on developing of a number of solutions to chronic problems facing our society starting with the phenomenon of the “rickshaw”, which has a positive impact in terms of providing jobs for more than half a million young people with simple investments in addition to providing the means of low-cost transportation in rural areas which doesn’t have access to public transport. On the other hand, it lacks all safety elements and it threatens all its users on a permanent basis. So in order to combine its advantages and getting rid of the negative aspects, EgyTech company has developed a three-wheeled vehicle as an alternative to the “rickshaw” which is manufactured by the Arab Organization of Industrialization, and has been put on the market under the same price as the “rickshaw”. And that’s because we believe that our social role is providing societal solutions to our community. However, and despite the production of a fine number of those vehicles, the utilization is still disabled because of the Traffic authorities’ refusal to license it, although there’s a license for similar three-wheel vehicles which are manufactured in China as well as allowing the “rickshaw” license. An electric-powered version is currently under construction as a first stage to develop the first Egyptian four-wheel powered by electricity.
