The device is designed to implement four stages:

1.    Sequential orange feeding.

2.    Cutting the fruit.

3.    Squeezing the fruit.

4.    Get rid of pressed fruits and separate them from the juice.

All of the mentioned-above stages are operated by an electric motor with a capacity of 100 watts. Due to the declining cost which could be up to 20% of the foreign product’s cost, it provides an ideal solution for juice production factories. It is also considered an ideal solution for young Egyptians, who are willing to start businesses at a low cost while maintaining all safety requirements and occupational health, whereas there’re no hands touching the product in any of the above-mentioned stages of production to avoid transmission of diseases.
