Objectives

The Center's aims:

• To prepare qualified calibers to work on board of the Commercial Ships and Nile Cruises in the field of Hospitality.
• To supply the Hospitality Market with its needs from the right quality of staff qualified personnel with language skills, quality education and practical experience. The MHC has the power of providing the market with such calibers because of the availability of the Internal Training capabilities in the Center (pedagogic Restaurant, pedagogic Kitchen, Hotel Room Simulator and Front Office Department) to achieve the Strategy of Hospitality Development.
• The constant development of our educational programs to cope with the everlasting advancement of the Hospitality working system.
