Study ProgramsSpecializationsStudents can choose from the following 2 specializations: - Food production, which qualify graduates to work in all food production facilities.
- Food and Beverage services, which qualifies graduates to work in all food and beverage facilities.
The programme consists of two years, each year includes 8 months of theoretical and practical intensive study as the center has its own training facilities (Restaurant and Kitchen). Students are distributed for training in Hotels, Resorts and Commercial Ships during the summer period (3 months). This training is evaluated and monitored by the Center. MHC CurriculumFirst Year
