Renewal Of AASTMT and Molde University College Cooperational Agreement
In a Joyful Ceremony, Molde University College – Norway had held its annual Graduation Ceremony for Master and PhD students on Friday, June 13th 2014, where three of the graduates are GTA`s from AASTMT Alexandria College of International Transport and Logistics.
H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President has delegated Dr. Iman Ramadan - Dean of AASTMT Institute of International Transport and Logistics to attend the graduation ceremony on his behalf and to offer the shield of AASTMT to the University Rector as a praise for the close scientific relations that extended for six years during which 31 students from ten African countries were offered a joint Masters degree in Logistics, as to celebrate the signature of the renewal of the Cooperational Agreement for three years.
Molde University is a specialized university in Logistics that grants fellowships to AASTMT for studying Masters and PhD in the field of logistics for the capacity building of AASTMT staff, so far 9 GTA`s are registered for the MSc and one for PhD.
It`s worth to mention that the cooperation with Norwegian universities has extended for 20 years during which AASTMT Institute of International Transport and Logistics had offered joint Diploma and Masters Degrees in cooperation with the Norwegian universities for 485 students from 22 countries in Africa, Asia and Europe.
