The Mass Communication and Technology college Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) are:
1. Foster an environment of inquiry, creativity, and innovation to promote responsible and media-literate citizenship, and to teach students the tools for flourishing in the Mass Communication professions. The college also works to increase the public understanding of and appreciation for freedom of communication in a democratic society .
2. educating students the roles, functions and responsibilities of the mass media and of mass communications industries .
3. To prepare students to be able to recognize and analyze the mass problems and effectively design media strategies that will provide solution to these problems.
4. To enable learner to be well grounded in the science of communication and possess the capacity to develop the human, social, and technological modes of communication, for the benefit of their local community.
