Fees and Scholarship
Students holding general secondary school certificates, or equivalent.
The strategy of education in the Marine Engineering Technology Department covers the requirements of IMO STCW-78 convention and its 1995 amendments in addition to requirements of the Supreme Council for Egyptian Universities and follow the high technology in the marine industry.
Tuition fees per semester are given in US dollars in the following table:

Note: 200$ are added to the fees of the first semester only for lab insurance, which may be paid back upon graduation
- Program Structure
- Four semesters (tow-years) basic study
- One-semester guided sea training onboard ship AIDA-4
- Three semesters to complete B-Tech degree
- Five semesters to complete B-Eng degree
