Atmospheric water generators are devices that extract water from air. In Jan. 2013 we made the early version of AWG with 30 Liter/day capacity. The device was completely designed, manufactured and tested in ISC workshops and Labs.
ISC won a grant of 650,000 EGP from Academy of Scientific Research & Technology “ASRT” for manufacturing a 150 Liter/day capacity device in the development plan of Halayeb and shalteen as an Orientation of the Presidency of the Republic.
ECO house is a sustainable house that can be used automatically without any support from the government.
ISC won a grant of 3,500,000 EGP from Academy of Scientific Research & Technology “ASRT” to build the first ECO house in Egypt and it will be built in North Sinai Governorate.
Our design is established to provide water (using our atmospheric water generator) and electricity (using PV system) to the ECO house, then using water treatment to use the used water in planting.
Alternative Power Generation System Using Agricultural Waste
This project aims to design and manufacturing a Gasifier, a Gasifier is a device that generates electricity from burning Syngas generated from municipal solid agricultural waste garbage.
This research work has been to see the rate of energy generated from the machine, and found it tied 4-5 kW of power and this power is enough for an Egyptian family consisting of 4 members needs.
This project is funded from Academy of Scientific Research & Technology “ASRT” with 750,000 EGP.
Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)
This is a graduation project for Mechanics Department, funded from Academy of Scientific Research & Technology “ASRT” with 100,000 EGP.
The project aim is designing and fabricating an Industrial ROV that can go for 100m deep inside the water to inspect and investigate objects using cameras and to fix failures using robotic arm.
Infant Baby Incubator
Baby incubators are one of the most critical problems in the field of the Egyptian health problems, as the shortage in the number of the available incubators in the Egyptian hospitals plus the lack of maintenance services for the foreign Incubators.
This Project is designed & manufactured locally with the cost of 15,000 EGP which is only 1% of the exported Sweeper Car. The design is suitable with narrow roads which will allow using 100 cars to clean a whole city with the same initial cost of the exported large sweeper car – which is used to clean main roads only.
Our car running cost reaches 45 pt per 1000 m2, while the running cost of an exported car reaches 8 EGP per 1000 m2.
Road Monitoring System with auto identification of car plate IDs
This system uses advanced image processing techniques, in which it monitors high ways by using infrared cameras.
A computer application is specially developed to analyze live photos instantly to extract car plate numbers, then the comparison will be done with the stolen recorded numbers or expired licenses so authorities can take action toward these cars.
