Course Overview:

The aim of this Course is to introduce participants on how leadership seems easy to recognize, and you usually can tell when someone is lacking in leadership qualities. However, how do you define it? This is a critical question both for ing and developing your subordinates, and for developing your own leadership capabilities. Participants will be able to consciously handle each subordinate, applying the appropriate leadership style and tools to reach the desired results. Moreover, they will be able to effectively develop the competencies of their employees and motivate them to reach high performance.



Course Objectives:

Upon Course Completion, the participant should be able to:

1. Evaluate critically different contemporary perspectives on organizational leadership
2. Understand how to design and manage change effectively demonstrate an understanding of a range of theories of a group and team behavior and team development
3. Reflect critically on leadership behaviors on enhancing individual learning and development.
4. Comprehend the major principals of communication theories.
