Arab Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM - ACPC 2015)

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Regional Informatics Center (RIC) organized the Arab Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM - ACPC 2015) in co-operation with the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology during 21 – 23 November 2015, at Sharm el-Sheikh, with the participation of 90 teams (600 students and academic staff) from North Africa and the Middle East, where the winners will participate in the World Final Contest (ACM-ICPC 2016) that will be held in Thailand with the participation of the top 100 universities in the world.
The final of the Arab Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM - ACPC) was resulted in selectingg eight universities, according to their general ranking in the competition to participate in the World Final Contest (ACM-ICPC 2016) as follows:
1. University of Alexandria - Egypt
2. University of Aleppo - Syria
3. The Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport - Egypt
4. Princess Sumaya University - Jordan
5. The British University - Egypt
6. Tishreen University - Syria
7. Cairo University - Faculty of Computer - Egypt
8. University of Damascus - Syria
