Contemporary Management (MG911)
The course examines the set of decisions and actions that result in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategic objectives designed to achieve a company''s mission. It comprises many tasks that would help in dealing effectively with everything that affects the goal of a firm.

Quality Assurance Concepts & Systems (QL912)
This course provides students with essential concepts and principles of quality assurance important before embarking upon implementation of a quality management system.

Statistics for Management Decisions (MG913)
This course presents the philosophy and analytic tools of decision analysis by narrowing the gap between theory and practice. The main aim of the course is to qualify learners about how to think statistically in order to take better business decisions and how to effectively communicate the analysis that led to the decision to others.

Competing in Global Environment (MG933)
This course explores major legal, business, financial, practical and ethical issues in International Business transactions with emphasis on the political economy of international trade and investment. The course also examines the strategies and structures that firms adopt to compete effectively in the international business environment.

Quality Management (QL921)
This course explores how quality management has progressed from an emphasis on the management of quality to a focus on the quality of managing, operating, and integrating customer service, marketing, production, delivery, information, and finance areas throughout an organization''s value chain. There is special emphasis on the latest areas that are critical to companies competing in today''s global environment.

Management Information Systems (MG922)
This course is designed to introduce learners to the significant concepts of Management Information Systems (MIS) for all business sectors. The application of information system concepts to the collection, retention, and dissemination of information for management planning and decision-making is examined. The role of MIS in an organization and the fit between the system and the organization is explored.
 
Statistical Quality Control (QL923)

This course investigates the use of modern statistical methods for quality control and improvement. The course provides comprehensive coverage of the subject starting from basic principles to state-of-the-art concepts and applications. Emphasizing proper methods for data collection, control chart construction and interpretation, and fault diagnosis for process improvement are critical for quality design and improvement.

Lean Management (QME706)
