It strives to reach leadership in the field of developing human resources within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. The Productivity and Quality Institute has successfully fulfilled the requirements of the Investors in Manpower Certificate - Level VI

The "Investors in the Human Resources" specification, the sixth version of which was launched in 2015, is the management specification for the human element system in institutions. The accreditation is issued by the British Cabinet Employment and Skills Commission, which aims to measure the level of institutions investment in their human resources

The Manpower Investors specification defines standards for high performance through humans (human energies). It is a framework for measuring the effectiveness of leadership and management practices in any organization

The Institute, as a representative of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, is considered the first educational institution obtained in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
