    To develop the delivery of training and training programs to provide trainee of choice.

    Objective 1
    Develop domestic and international training programs.
    Key Strategies
    • Provide training course with new learning methods such as accelerated learning and on-line delivery to meet the requirements of human resources in the market.
    • Employ external benchmarking to monitor training programs standards.
    • the course material with new knowledge and practical case studies.
    • Monitor and improve practices to ensure the quality of course delivery and outcomes across training programs.
    • Ensure that effective mechanisms are in place for managing trainee feedback and complaints.
    • Improve the recognition of training programs through networks of professional and community relationships.

    • Performance development reviews and Trainee feedback.
    • Annual percentage rate in revenue from training.
    • Continuous review of training programs.
    Objective 2
    Create new training programs to meet the needs of domestic and international market.

    • Employ market research plan to identify the training needs in manufacturing and service sector.
    • Monitor the student feedback to explore the new training programs.
    • Attend seminars, events and conference.
    • Establish channels with domestic and international training provider.

    • The number of delivered national and international training programs.
    • The demand of national and international training courses.
    • Annual percentage rate in revenue from training.
    Objective 3
    Enhance Academic and practical experience of tutoring staff.
    Key Strategies
    • Identify the training program which is needed to develop the skills of tutors.
    • Provide the tutoring staff with appropriate and adequate training programs.
    • Attending and sharing in seminars, events and conferences.
    • Sharing tutoring staff in practical case studies and projects in industrial and service sector.
    • Train new staff how to design the training course effectively.

    • Funding level of tutoring staff in innovates training initiative taken.
    • Number of continuing staff at assistant professor level or above with PhD qualifications.
    • Number of staff with relevant industry experience.
    • Performance development reviews and Trainee feedback.
    Objective 4
    Continuously developing the training center through allocation of resources and facilities.

    • Use of appropriate teaching spaces to provide a physical environment that is engaging, collaborative and flexible.
    • Use of appropriate technical facilities such to help the tutors and trainees to achieve the training objectives.

    • Development of new and upgrade leaning spaces and facilities
    • Number of appropriate training sitting rooms and facilities
    Objective 5
    Develop partnership with national and international organization.

    Key Strategies

    • Increase partnership with national institute to be used as outsourcing or clients such as NQI, IMC..etc.
    • Establish channels for partnership with international training provider such as IRCA, CQI..etc.
    • Design the training courses according to international training provide criteria for accreditation.
