Programs provided by AIP IRCA Certified Courses
PQI is the one and only Arab training organization certified by IRCA ‗The International Register of Certificated Auditors‘
PQI’s series of IRCA certified courses are the first series of courses developed by a training organization of an Arab origin. AIP Dpt. is continuously developing its courses and building new Lead Auditor courses covering other fields of standardization.
The AIP presents the following IRCA certified courses:
1- ISO 9001:2008 Auditor / Lead Auditor course
Learn the concepts of ISO 9001and how the standard can become a valuable part of your business management system. This course provides an understanding and knowledge of auditing quality management system to third party standards.
2- ISO 14001:2004 Auditor / Lead Auditor course
It develops delegates'' understanding of the purpose and requirements of ISO 14001: 2004 and the skills required to effectively plan, conduct and report effective environmental management system (EMS) audits.
3- OHSAS 18001:2007 Auditor/ Lead Auditor course
This course provides delegates with a broad understanding of the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard and occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system principles and to acquire the principles and techniques in conducting safety management system audits.
4- ISO 22000:2005 Auditor / Lead Auditor course
The course enables delegates to effectively undertake Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) audits by clearly understanding the requirements of ISO 22000: 2005 international standard, other associated standards and HACCP principles. Institute
CQI Certified Programs
PQI is one of few educational centers in the Middle East certified by CQI ―The chartered Quality Institute‖ to provide its internationally recognized Diploma in Quality Assurance and Management as well as certificates in Quality and system management. CQI programs exist to help make business better.
The AIP presents the following CQI certified programs:
1. CQI Diploma in Quality Management
The CQI Diploma in Quality is the key academic qualification for any serious quality professional. This qualification provides you with the means and tools to increase your knowledge of quality and enhance your professional profile. The Diploma is a level five-equivalent course and is an approved standard of achievement recognized by employers as the mark of a true quality professional. The course is aimed at individuals currently employed in a quality-oriented role looking to expand their knowledge and improve their career prospects.
2. CQI Certificate in Quality Management
The qualification provides an understanding of what quality means in an organizational context and the component parts of the quality management process.
3. CQI Certificate in Systems management
The qualification develops the ability to embed quality principles, standards and models into a business management system, and the ability to assess the system''s ability to consistently support business and stakeholder needs.
4. CQI Certificate in Assuring service and product quality
The qualification develops the ability to implement appropriate assurance activities throughout the life cycle of the product/service and the range of business functions involved.
5. CQI Certificate in Managing supply chain quality
The qualification develops the skills required to ensure supplier performance in terms of quality, consistency, cost and delivery.
6. CQI Certificate in Quality improvement for businessQuality Institute
The qualification develops the ability to deploy improvement tools and project approaches for continuous and breakthrough improvement.
7. CQI Certificate in Quality management system audit
The qualification does this developing the ability to plan, conduct and report quality audits against quality criteria.
Six Sigma Programs
PQI offers Lean Six Sigma Certification in cooperation with Quality America. Lean Six Sigma certification demonstrates an individual‘s knowledge, skills and dedication to achieving a high level of competency in Lean Sigma process. The Lean Six Sigma certification standards require an individual to pass rigorous and testing hurdles to gain a six sigma certification.
Six Sigma Orange Belt training (SSOB)
The Orange Belt program provides participants with an overview of Six Sigma as well as key concepts underlying the methodology.
Six Sigma Green Belt Training (SSGB)
The Green Belt program provides participants with an overview of Six Sigma as well as key concepts underlying the methodology. The program has extended modules to include the software components that are crucial for the implementation of the improvement projects governing Six Sigma in real setting.
Six Sigma Black Belt Training
The Black Belt program provides participants with detailed structured underlying the methodology of Six Sigma. Black Belts candidates receive a comprehensive set of the advanced statistical tools required for the implementation.
