His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar attends a queue for students of the Maritime Transport and Technology College in Alexandria
Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, witnessed today, Monday, December 14, 2020, a queue for students of the College of Maritime Transport and Technology at the Academy’s headquarters in Abu Qir, Alexandria.
The parade was attended by the Academy`s vice president, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Salam Daoud, Vice President of the Academy for Maritime Affairs, Dr. Mohi el-Sayeh, Dean of the College of Maritime Transport, the responsibility centers and the deans of the colleges.
His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar delivered a speech welcoming the attendees
He thanked the College of Maritime Transport for this distinguished queue and positive spirit among the college’s students, adding that these students are the future, hope, and a model for the rest of the students.
His Excellency stressed that this queue came after a long time due to the Corona pandemic
And he is happy to implement all precautionary measures to ensure their safety.
His Excellency said that the College of Maritime Transport will continue to have a place, especially since it is the oldest college in the Academy and one of the most important pillars on which the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport has been based since its establishment in 1972.
His Excellency welcomed the child Hamza Ahmed Al-Mansi, son of a hero from the sons of Egypt, the martyr Ahmed Al-Mansi, who wished him mercy and forgiveness and to all the brave martyrs of Egypt.
Then His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar honored the first students from the College of Maritime Transport and Technology.
In conclusion, Dr. Mohi El-Din Al-Sayeh gave a gift to Dr. Ismail Abdel-Ghaffar.
