"Director of UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science in the Arab States" at AASTMT
Within the framework of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) endeavor to strengthen the bonds of cooperation, look forward to new future horizons and continuous support for the educational Technology and Maritime Transport, AASTMT welcomed H.E. Dr. Nuria Sanz - Director of UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science in the Arab States on Thursday 26- 10- 2023, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus in Alexandria.
During the visit, H.E. Director of UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science met H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President where they discussed the different ways of consolidating cooperation, as well as supporting university education, scientific research and the role of women in science. The meeting was held in the presence of Dean of AASTMT AbuKir Campus College of Pharmacy, and AASTMT officials. Then the Director of UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science visited AASTMT AbuKir Campus College of Pharmacy academic departments, advanced research laboratories, educational and training simulation devices, and met College of Pharmacy academic staff members, officials and students, as to listen to their experiences.
