Launching the International Conference for Ports and Logistics Marlog 13

In the enchanting city of Alexandria, experts in the maritime industry from the Arab region and around the world gathered to announce the commencement of the most significant event in maritime transport and logistics, Marlog 13, on March 3rd, 2024, organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.

The opening session witnessed the presence of a distinguished constellation of executive personalities, experts, specialists, and leaders in maritime transport and ports, alongside a high-level delegation from the International Maritime Organization.

The main conference platform was adorned with the presence of His Excellency Engineer/ Kamel El Wazir, His Excellency General/ Osama Rabie, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, His Excellency General/ Mohamed El Sherif, Governor of Alexandria, His Excellency Ambassador Dr.. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Maliki, Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs at the League of Arab States, the Acting Governor of Baheria Governorate, His Excellency General/ Hesham Hossni, Commander of the Northern Military Region, Professor. Abdul Aziz Qanswa, President of Alexandria University, Professor. Nahal Belba, Deputy Governor of Baheria Governorate, His Excellency Naval General/ Sherif Besheuni, representing His Excellency Admiral Ashraf Attia, Commander of the Naval Forces, His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abd El Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Academy and the Conference, and Professor.
