Announcement for external auditor-AASTMT
The Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Partner 1 of SEACAP 4 SDG project (Med SE(A)CAP integration through uniform adapted assessment and financing methods, mainly targeting buildings in education and health sectors, for sustainable development goals in a smart society, reference number is of C_B.4.3_0058) is looking for an external auditor to take charge of the validation and certification of the expenses incurred by AASTMT within the framework of the project.
This notice is addressed to chartered Audit Company meeting the criteria cited in the terms of reference approved by Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport , in order to submit the verification of expenditure and income reports to AASTMT in accordance with the procedure of expenditure verification described in the audit file (see the audit files below).
Submission procedures:
Interested Consultants should send their proposal and price offer to the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Alexandria-Egypt, Financial Manager Office, in sealed and signed envelopes A week after the date of this announcement (2:00 PM).
The submission is presented in one-step. It includes the technical offer and the financial offer, as well as all the documents and documents requested in the terms of reference.
The envelope must mention the following specification:
"Selection of an Auditor for AASTMT / Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport partner within the framework of the SEACAP 4 SDG project “Not to be opened before the evaluation session.”
