The Department of Cultural and Social Activity in Babi Qir organized a scientific trip for students of the College of Pharmacy to the new branch of the Saudi German Hospital in Alexandria on: 7/12/2023
From lecture halls and laboratories in the College of Pharmacy buildings to practical training and the transfer of expertise from people of knowledge and experience in major medical institutions, which is the aspect that the Academy is interested in for students of all colleges in general and for the College of Pharmacy in particular.
Within the framework of permanent cooperation between the Deanship of Student Affairs, headed by Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Al-Azm, and the College of Pharmacy, headed by Professor Dr. Amira Sonbol, Dean of the College, the Department of Cultural and Social Activities organized a visit for the students of the Academy to the new branch of the Saudi German Hospital in Alexandria (Alex West) on the day Thursday, 12/7/2023. The visit included a tour of the hospital’s various departments, in addition to a lecture explaining that working in pharmacies is a small part of the different fields of work available to pharmacists in the labor market, in addition to a trip on Wednesday, 12/6/2023, to the College’s Clinical Research Center. Medicine at the University of Alexandria to learn about the working mechanisms for manufacturing pharmaceutical materials. This visit comes within the directives of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - President of the Academy and the Academy’s plan for practical training for students on the one hand, and permanent marketing for its graduates from various colleges in major institutions operating in Egypt and abroad on the other hand. The Deanship of Student Affairs is pleased to support the scientific activities of all students of the academy.
