The Arab Academy for Science, Transport, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) opened the 32nd Ordinary Session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Transport in the presence of Kamal Hassan Ali, Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs at the Arab League, and Kamel Al Wazir, Egyptian Minister of Transport, Dina Al Zaher, Director of Transport and Tourism at theArab league, in addition to Arab transport ministers and their representatives. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, welcomed the attendance at the opening of the 32nd Ordinary Session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Transport, stressing that this session comes to discuss the most important topics especially transport in various fields to reach decisions that facilitate transport Abdul Ghaffar explained that the Academy has become the Arab and international specialized house of expertise and the technical arm of the League of Arab States, which is preparing studies and researchesrequired by the Arab summits and developmental, pointing out that The Academy represents the League of Arab States in the International Maritime Organization of the United Nations. “A new branch for the academy has been established in South Valley, and a new building for the Faculty of Pharmacy in Abu Qir. In addition to the purchase of a permanent headquarters in the smart village in Cairo to establish a new branch of the Academy includes all specialties , Abdul Ghaffar said that the Academy is the first university to be located in one of the new cities established by the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the only project that began work in the new city of El Alamein
