The Minister of Transport attends the graduation of AASTMT Basic studies students from AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology (Batch 92).
His Excellency the Egyptian Minister of Transport, Lieutenant General Kamel al wazir , lieutenant Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, Lieutenant General Osama Rabei, the Governor of Alexandria, Mohamed El Sharif, and the Commander of the Northern Military Region Major General Staff Ahmed Khaled Shawky, were presents at the graduation of the 92nd batch of the asst Basic studies students, at the headquarters of the Academy in Abu Qir.
The ceremony was attended also by His Excellency the Ambassador of Panama Alejandro Mendoza, His Excellency Ambassador Youssef bin Saleh Al-Qahrah, Consul General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Major General Ihab Mohamed Salah, Director of the Naval College, Major General Naval Reda Ismail, Head of the Maritime Transport Sector, a delegation of the Kuwaiti Ports Corporation and a delegation of Iraqi oil tankers company and Dr. Ismail Abdul Ghaffar Ismail Faraj President of the Academy
The ceremony included a Display queue of students from the College of Maritime Transport and Technology and the handover ceremonies of the leadership.
The number of graduates reached 150 graduates from the nationalities of 4 countries, Egypt, Iraq, Greece,Lebanon.
In his speech at the ceremony, Professor Ismail Abdel-Ghaffar, President of the Academy, welcomed the attendees and said: “I am so glad to be with you tonight on this happy occasion to graduate the students who were able to overcome this important stage of their scientific life,and I want to say that the human being is the pillar and foundation of development, and that nations will not advance without knowledge and good education “
He continued, saying: The keys to success can be achieved only through sincere hard work, continuous development, self-confidence and persistence in
successful.
