There are two gyms available to accommodate the increasing numbers of students, faculty members, staff, and various clubs throughout the day. Due to this continuous growth in numbers, the main gymnasium has been expanded to accommodate more exercise equipment and is equipped with air conditioning. This expansion aims to cater to the increasing interest in physical fitness and building strong, well-proportioned bodies. It is facilitated by specialized and highly qualified trainers who have a solid background in sports science and expertise.

Conditions for Gymnasium Membership:

  • The student, faculty member, or staff must present their academy ID card.
  • Membership fees must be paid according to the chosen plan (daily, monthly, or semester-based).

Instructions for entering the gymnasium:

  1. Enter wearing appropriate sports attire (sports shoes, training outfit, towel).
  2. Training in flip-flops, shorts, or non-athletic shoes is not allowed.
  3. Follow the instructions of the trainer inside the gymnasium.
  4. Avoid speaking loudly during training inside the gymnasium.
  5. Respect general etiquette.
  6. Use audio devices with personal headphones.
  7. Use cardio machines for a maximum of 15 minutes on stationary bikes, elliptical, and treadmills.
  8. Return sports equipment to their designated places after finishing training (dumbbells, mats, bars).
  9. The training period should not exceed 90 minutes.

The Health Club:

 

There is a health club within the gymnasium area that provides various facilities for post-workout recovery. These include a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and massage services.

 

Male and Female Changing Rooms:

There are separate changing rooms for male and female attached to the training halls. Additionally, lockers are available to store personal belongings. Please note that all services have specified fees determined by the financial administration. There is a dedicated staff member to receive personal items for safekeeping.

The gymnasium and health club are open on all days of the week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On official holidays, the operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Instructions for the changing room:

    1. Entry is strictly prohibited without presenting the membership ID.
    2. Hand over all personal belongings to the designated staff.
    3. Return the locker key after the end of the daily workout.
    4. The changing room is exclusively for gymnasium use.
    5. The management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings unless handed over to the designated staff.
