Locations & Hours
The Main Library in Abu-Qir campus mainly serves the College of Engineering and Technology, the College of Computing & Information Technology, and the College of International Transport & Logistics, in addition to performing all technical activities of acquisition and cataloging of all information media. The Main Library comprises a ed collection of books and references in different engineering specializations, in addition to Periodicals, Dissertations, Projects, and Electronic Journals.
The Main Library building consists of 3 floors. The building has undergone a development process that added to the pre-established facilities. The Main Library can host (225) users at the same time.
The first floor comprises the references, periodicals, projects and dissertations. It also comprises a computer lab for lecturers and graduate students to retrieve information from the Internet, Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), and e-journals.
The second floor comprises English books in the fields of: Mechanical, Marine, Construction, and Industrial Engineering, in addition to a photocopy unit.The third floor comprises English and Arabic books. English books are in the fields of: Computer, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering and Basic & Applied Sciences, in addition to a photocopy unit.
The Main Library comprises a ed collection of books and references in different engineering fields. Its collection consists of (25000) books, (87) Print Periodicals, (550) Dissertations, and (600) Projects, In addition to Full-Text e-journals and dissertations.
The Main Library is open from Sunday to Wednesday: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, and Thursday: 8.30 am – 2.00 pm
The Architecture Library in Abu-Qir campus serves the department of Architectural Engineering & Environmental Design of the College of Engineering and Technology. It comprises a collection of the latest publications in architecture which consist of (2800) titles, (10) periodicals, and Online Databases. The Library is equipped with (5) terminals for its users to retrieve information from the Internet, Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), and e-journals.Users can also scan and save/print images from books or periodicals available in the library.
The Architecture Library can host up to (50) users at the same time, and is open from Sunday to Wednesday: 8.30 am - 4.00 pm, and Thursday: 8.30 am – 2.00 pm
The Nautical Library in Abu-Qir campus serves the Nautical Specializations of the College of Maritime Transport and Technology. It comprises a collection of the latest publications in the maritime field which consist of (3150) titles, (240) Dissertations, (19) Periodicals, as well as all International Maritime Organization (IMO) publications (print and on CD-ROM) as the AASTMT’s Maritime Library is a depository library of IMO publications.
The Nautical Library can host up to (50) users at the same time, and is open from Sunday to Wednesday: 8.30 am - 4.00 pm, and Thursday: 8.30 am – 2.00 pm
The Management Library in Miami campus serves the College of Management and Technology. It comprises a collection of the latest publications in management fields. Its collection consists of (4000) titles, (34) periodicals, (200) Dissertations, (2500) Researches, in addition to Full-Text e-journals and dissertations, and a number of U.N. publications.
The Management Library can host up to (35) users at the same time, and is open from Sunday to Wednesday: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, and Thursday: 8.00 am – 2.00 pm
The Graduate School of Business (GSB) library in Miami campus serves graduate courses in management fields. It comprises (1492) titles, (385) Dissertations, in addition to Full-Text e-journals and dissertations.
The GSB Library is open from Friday to Wednesday: 4.00 pm – 8.00 pm, and Saturday: 2.00 pm – 7.00 pm.
The Library of Graduate Studies in International Transport & Logistics in Miami campus serves graduate courses in international transport and logistics fields. It comprises (704) titles, (69) Dissertations, in addition to Full-Text e-journals and dissertations.
The Library is open from Sunday to Wednesday: 9.00 am – 2.30 pm, and Saturday to Friday: 4.00 pm – 9.00 pm.
The Sheraton Engineering Library serves the specializations the College of Engineering and Technology branch in Cairo. The Library can serve (70) users at the same time. Its collection of engineering books is (3307) titles, (371) Dissertations, and (64) Projects, (20) Periodicals, in addition to Online Databases. Photocopying services are available for all library users.
The Sheraton Management Library serves the specializations the College of Management and Technology and the College of International Transport & Logistics in Cairo (Sheraton). The Library can serve (40) users at the same time. Its collection of management books is (2662) titles and (372) Dissertations, (2) Periodicals, in addition to Online Databases. Photocopying services are available for all library users.
The Dokki Management & Logistics Library serves the specializations the College of Management and Technology and the College of International Transport & Logistics in Cairo (Dokki). The Library can serve (25) users at the same time. Its collection of management books is (920) titles, and (70) Dissertations, in addition to Online Databases. Photocopying services are available for all library users.
The Graduate School of Business (GSB) library in Sheraton campus serves graduate courses in management fields. It comprises (1253) titles, (487) Dissertations, in addition to Full-Text e-journals and dissertations.
The Library in Ganoub Elwady serves the specializations of Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Management, and Logistics. It comprises (1750) titles.
The Library can host up to (55) users, and is open from Sunday to Thursday: 8.30 am – 3.30 pm.
The Library in Port Saeed campus serves the specializations of Navigation and International Transport. Its collection consists of (1894) titles.
The Library can host up to (31) users, and is open is from Sunday to Thursday: 8.00 am – 7.00 pm.
The Library in Smart Village serves the specializations of Architectural Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering. It comprises a collection of (175) titles.
The Library can host up to (21) users, and is open from Sunday to Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm.
The Language and Communication Library in Miami campus serves the College of Language and Communication. It comprises a collection of (742) titles.
The Library can host up to (17) users, and is open from Sunday to Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.00 pm.
