Wire array antennas for future mobile base station antennas
Base station antenna configurations depend on the size and shape of the service area and the number of cells and channels. Since the relative pattern of the individual radiating element is considered as one of the five controls that can be used to shape the overall pattern of the antenna, so three different types of wire antennas (normal mode helical antenna NMHA, log periodic dipole antenna LPDA, and inverted F with two parasitic elements antenna IOFA-2PE) will be designed and optimized.
