Safety requirements and environmental compatibility with the study of the environmental effects are considered of the grounds and important tools for sound environmental management so as to ensure the ports run by systems and agreed environmental standards in terms of operating and marketing considerations. The paper aims to show the effect of the environmental situation on the seaports to develop a proposal for the ongoing environmental monitoring marine ports and study the environmental situation of the ports to help making good decisions and follow the appropriate action to protect the environment and conserve natural resources, the embodiment of the concept of (environmental conservation for sustainable development). Seaports management is keen and is still keen on the protection of the marine environment and the conservation of resources from the dangers of marine pollution, pointing out that good governments worked to develop national action plans to combat all forms of marine pollution, especially that caused by the oil spill has extended bridges of cooperation with other international and regional maritime organizations to combat These risks. This research contributes to in activating the aimed environmental ports programs towards development and modernization in order to achieve the targets of the comprehensive and sustainable spatial and social development, as workers in the field of marine environment and marine ports laid rules established for the protection of the marine environment based on the long-term vision to achieve a balance between sustainable development and maintain the right for successive generations to enjoy life in a healthy, safe and clean environment.
