•I am responsible for MBA English Program. •I finish students’ registration online. •I am responsible for doing every semester the schedules for the whole semester concerning the start date of every Quarter. •Informing the professor members of the new schedule’s dates. •Uploading schedules on the system in order to finish students’ registration. • In addition, I am responsible for updating students’ grades on the system. • Fixing attendance students lists for all the courses to all the Professor members of MBA English Program, according to each group registered in each subject. •I make the total schedules given to the professor members and the students every Quarter. •Printing payment receipts for students in order to pay the fees and checking their financial case of the student before going to the financial department for the payment. •Preparing the students’ cases after finishing 16 courses before they set for the comprehensive exam. •Helping in the preparations for the graduation party concerning the announcements for the graduates. •Prepare students’ missing Registration. •Rescheduling dates for professors when cancellations happen.
