Islam Abd Ellattif Mohamed ESHRA received the B.Sc. degree with honors and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Arab Academy for Science and Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Alexandria, Egypt, in July 2009 and April 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science, telecommunications, and electronics engineering from Sorbonne University (Pierre and Marie Curie campus), Paris, France, in Dexember 2020. From 2009 to 2013, he was an instructor with the department of Electronics & Coomunication Engineering, AASTMT, where in September 2013, he was promoted to Assistant Lecturer. From September 2013 to September 2014, he was an Assistant Lecturer with the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. From September 2014 to December 2020 he was a Teaching and Research Assistant with the Computer Science, Telecommunications, and Electronics Engineering department, Sorbonne University during his Ph.D. studies. From January 2021 to present, he is an Assistant Professor with the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Alexandria, Egypt. His research and teaching interests are in RF IC Design, Mixed-Signal Circuit Design, Reconfigurable IC Design, and Machine Learning.
