Launch of the NEBOSH-HSE Process Safety Management Program at PQI Alexandria

As part of its commitment to advancing Arab professional competencies in occupational health and safety, the Productivity and Quality Institute (PQI) in Alexandria successfully launched the first cohort of the internationally accredited NEBOSH-HSE Process Safety Management (PSM) program.

The program is internationally accredited by NEBOSH UK in collaboration with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of the United Kingdom, and is designed to address the growing need for effective risk management and process safety, particularly in high-risk sectors such as oil and gas.

The current cohort includes 19 senior professionals from leading Libyan oil companies—underscoring the program's strategic value in developing regional capabilities and strengthening industrial safety culture.

The training is delivered by Dr. Hazem Soliman, an internationally certified expert in safety management systems, with extensive experience in leading specialized programs in process safety and risk management.

This program reinforces PQI’s leadership in delivering globally recognized professional training solutions that align with international best practices and standards in occupational and operational safety.
