Final conference of "INNOLEA PROJECT" at AASTMT AbuKir Campus
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) College of International Transport and Logistics in cooperation with AASTMT Industry Service Complex, hosted final conference of INNOLEA PROJECT that entitled “Innovation of the Leather Industry in Jordan and Egypt”, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus (Main Hall) – Alexandria, as for AASTMT keenness to support the European Union projects that would promote the country and enhance the economic growth, where INNOLEA PROJECT is considered to be one of the Erasmus + program with co-financing from the European Commission, as INNOLEA PROJECT was implemented to get benefit from the experience of European Union partners, as well as to promote research and projects Between the universities of the European Union, Egypt and Jordan in the leather sector.
It’s worth to mention that INNOLEA is a three-year Erasmus+ project co-funded by European commission which aims to fill an apparent gap in the area of specialized services for the leather sector in Jordan and Egypt and to utilize the experience and expertise of EU partners to establish four-leather-research centers within the universities of both countries.
