AASTMT "Iftar Ramadan 2023" with the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety
The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), headed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President in cooperation with the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety, headed by H.E. Rear Admiral / Hossain ElGeziry - Chairman of the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety (EAMS), held the annual Iftar Ramadan on Tuesday 11- 4- 2023, under the auspices and honor of H.E. Lieutenant General/ Kamel ElWazir - Egyptian Minister of Transport and with the generous hosting of H.E. Lieutenant General/ Ashraf Atwa - Commander of the Egyptian Naval Forces.
It is worth noting that the training ship Aida (4) was inspected in the port of Alexandria. Afterwards, the Iftar activities began, in the presence of H.E. Lieutenant- General/ Osama Rabei - Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, H.E. Major General/ Mohamed Al Sharif - Governor of Alexandria, H.E. Major General/ Walid Hamouda - Commander of the Northern Military Region, H.E. Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Qonsowa - President of Alexandria University, H.E. Rear Admiral/ Reda Ismail - Head of the Egyptian Maritime Transport Sector, H.E. Rear Admiral/ Nihad Shaheen - Head of Alexandria Port Authority, and H.E. Major General / Farag Lotfy - AASTMT President Advisor, in addition to a group of the Arab countries’ diplomatic community and a group of AASTMT Senior officials.
