"The Satellites and Geographical Survey Information Systems" Workshop at AASTMT Heliopolis Campus College of Engineering and Technology
In light of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) interest in keeping abreast of scientific developments, AASTMT Heliopolis Campus College of Engineering and Technology organized the conference of the closing activities of the workshop that entitled "The Satellites and Geographical Survey Information Systems", on Tuesday 23- 5- 2023.
The closing activities was held in the presence of H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, H.E. Major General Muhammad Mustafa Radwan - Director of the Military Survey Department, H.E. Dr. Islam Abu Al-Magd - Chairman of the National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences, H.E. Dr. Muhammad Muhanna - Dean of Faculty of Engineering at Al-Azhar University, H.E. Eng. Wessam Abdel Fattah - Chairman of the Board of Directors of EDGE Pro company, in addition to AASTMT college staff members and officials.
It is worth noting that a team from the National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences conducted practical trainings for AASTMT College of Engineering and Technology’s students as they launched several educational satellites CANSAT with the guidance of the Authority`s experts and successfully received data from these satellites.
