Prof. Akram Elselmy joins PIANC Inland Navigation Commission (INCOM) - Working Group-219 "Guidelines to develop and operate sustainable inland waterway tourism and recreation infrastructure"
Prof. Akram Soliman Elselmy, Dean of Port Training Institute joined the PIANC Inland Navigation Commission (INCOM) as a member in the Working Group (WG219) titled "Guidelines to develop and operate sustainable inland waterway tourism and recreation infrastructure", and as a representative of the Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport.
This technical joint Working Group report is intended in general to provide port managers, harbor masters, engineers and environmental scientists with a practical guide on managing the business, liability, health and safety and other related risks.
