Food Quality and Safety Professional Diploma Program Event

Ensuring food safety is vital to maintaining the health of the individual and the entire community.

To activate the existing cooperation between the Institute, the Veterinarians Syndicate, and the Customs Examinations Laboratory. Certification were held for the sixth batch of the “Professional Diploma in Food Quality and Safety” program at the headquarters of the Productivity and Quality Institute, in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Rustom - Assistant Dean of the Institute for Training Affairs - and Dr. Iman Radi - Deputy Director of the Syndicate - and the program’s lecturers who implement the objectives of the “Food Quality and Safety Professional Diploma” program.

Which seeks to understand food manufacturing processes in addition to monitoring and examining food handling processes and studying legislation and controls related to the food safety process.Which leads, at the end of the program, to the student capable of

  • Applying methods to prevent food-borne diseases.
  • In addition to improving and developing practices to reduce environmental pollution.
  • Initiating modern design of clean production practices.
