Visit of Prof.Dr. Bassant moez (Head of the Medical Research Center at the Faculty of Medicine - Alexandria University)
The College of Pharmacy was privileged to host Professor Dr. Bassant Moez, Professor of Clinical Pathology and Head of the Medical Research Center at the Faculty of Medicine - Alexandria University, as well as a member of the Standing Committee for Promotions of Medical Specialties at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Her Excellency was warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Amira Senbel, the Dean of the College, along with Professor Dr. Nazik Al-Gindi, an expert in establishing educational and research laboratories in the College, as well as the Vice Deans of the College and heads of scientific departments.
During her visit, Her Excellency had the opportunity to explore various facilities within the college, including the educational pharmacy, the miniature pharmaceutical factory, and the virtual patient simulator. She also toured the research laboratories, the animal house, the operating rooms, and the attached analysis laboratories.
Her Excellency commended the college for its advanced infrastructure and the high standard of its educational and research laboratories. She praised the efforts dedicated to enhancing the educational process in the medical sector, recognizing the significant contributions made in this regard.
