Arab Day for Disaster Risk Reduction 2024 Celebration
Within the celebration of the Arab Day for Disaster Risk Reduction in 2024, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), in cooperation with the Department of Housing and Water Resources, and Disaster Risk Reduction at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States (LAS) organized the Arab workshop under the slogan “Arab Infrastructure Resilient and Disaster-Resistant”. The celebration will be held on Thursday 28- 3- 2024, at 10:00 am, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus College of Pharmacy - Alexandria.
It is worth to mention that during the celebration, a workshop will be held including two working sessions, the first entitled “Crisis and Disaster Management in Arab Countries- Visions and Initiatives”, and the second session entitled “Crisis and Disaster Management in Arab Countries - Threats, Challenges and Contemporary Issues”.
