Renewal of "AASTMT - Egyptian Council of State" Cooperation
Within the fruitful co-operation between the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the Egyptian Council of State, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President and AASTMT delegation visited the Egyptian Council of State, on Tuesday 30- 4- 2024, at the Egyptian Council of State.
During the visit, AASTMT President met H.E. Counselor Adel Fahim Mohamed Azab - President of the Egyptian Council of State, as to discuss the ways of enhancing the joint cooperation between the Egyptian Council of State and AASTMT, as well as they renew AASTMT and the Egyptian Council of State “Protocol of Co-operation” regarding AASTMT technical support for the digital modernization projects of remote litigation systems of the Egyptian State Courts. Moreover, a protocol for cooperation was signed by the African state councils and supreme administrative courts and AASTM, in order to utilize AASTMT expertise to automate all the activities and tasks carried out by the Union to facilitate communication between among member states, and to hold various types of events through a multi-functional electronic system. Furthermore, AASTMT will support the Union in the field of digital transformation and information technology projects, as AASTMT has collaborated with the Egyptian Council of State, with the Egyptian Council of State, by offering information technology consults, digital transformation services, and executive follow-up to develop the information infrastructure since March 2018.
