AASTMT President Participation in an international workshop on "The impacts of Climate Change on Coastal Cities"

H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) participated in an international workshop that entitled "The impacts of climate change on coastal cities". The workshop was held on Thursday 17- 10- 2024, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in the presence of a group of experts and specialists, and a group of AASTMT officials.

During the workshop activities, they discussed some topics that will be covered at the United Nations Ocean Conference scheduled to be held in Nice, France, in 2025. In addition to the discussions related to AASTMT role in change and flexibility in responding to global challenges as AASTMT participated in more than 20 internationally funded projects.
