Program Description

Duration: - 2 years: through 4 semesters – 6 months for semester - The degree consists of 16 courses plus final project. 8 compulsory core modules & 8 optional track modules (Educational Management or leadership in the public Policy or Business Leadership + Final Project).

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of Business Leadership and Strategies track, students are expected to be able to:  Understand the fundamental aspects of managing and leading organizations  Examine the behaviors and traits of both effective managers and leaders  Examine relevant issues in applied management and leadership; including ethics, globalization, and strategic management. Upon completion of Educational Leadership track, students are expected to be able to:  Analyze the impact leadership has on educational organizations.  Identify competencies that contribute to leadership success - focus on effective and reflective leadership practice.  Create a personal leadership vision related to educational institutions.  Provides theory, evidence, and practical application for educational leadership in all types of educational institutions.  Improve their leadership of the quality of learning and teaching and the development of their schools  Develop critical engagement with key leadership theories, concepts, and challenges Upon completion of Innovation in the Public Sector track, students are expected to be able to:  Acquire the innovator mind-set  Grasp the knowledge and skills necessary to bring innovation in organizations, respectively to create the institutional context for development, implementation and diffusion of innovations  Discover relevant knowledge on how innovation can be used in delivering public goods and managing public resources.

Graduates of this program will be well-prepared to pursue a variety of leadership roles across multiple sectors, including corporate, non-profit, and governmental organizations.
