As part of its commitment to climate action and environmental resilience, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) invites the public to join an upcoming webinar titled “Climate Change Mitigation & Adaptation”. Hosted by the Community Service and Environmental Affairs Department at the Institute of Productivity and Quality, this event will focus on the urgent need for greenhouse gas reduction and strategies to adapt to the ongoing and future impacts of climate change.
The session, to be presented by Colonel Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hamid El-Bassa, Head of the Meteorological Conditions Branch at the Hydrographic Survey Division, Naval Forces, will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 9:30 p.m. Cairo time via Zoom.
