Behavioral violations

Article Eleven:
Any words, action or behavior committed by the student is considered contrary to the rules, regulations and instructions of the Academy and violates its system, public morals, the proper conduct of the educational or training process, the work of examinations, or everything that endangers the interest of others, including students, workers and faculty members, damage or harm of any kind, and in general every departure from student duties or their requirements, including:  -
1. Any conduct that represents a violation of the proper functioning of the educational process.
2. Any behavior that violates religion, honor and dignity, violates modesty, violates good conduct and public morals in the Academy or other facilities, or represents discrimination on the basis of religion, race, color and the like, and any behavior that represents an attempt to influence employees by intimidation or carrot.
3. Prejudice to the reputation and status of the Academy and those who belong to it in any way, whether actually or verbally inside and outside the Academy, whatever its means and forms.
4. Any behavior that represents an infringement, whether verbally or physically, on any person within the Academy, including faculty members, employees of the Academy, students, or any of the representatives of companies and institutions entrusted with carrying out work within the Academy.
5. Disrupting any programs or activities inside and outside the Academy or any of its facilities, whether directly or indirectly.

6. Damage or destruction of the property or facility of the Academy and student housing and its contents of fixed or movable equipment such as buildings and furniture, as well as the contents of scientific centers, classrooms and laboratories, including devices, tools, teaching aids, maps and holdings of the Central Library, branch libraries, playgrounds, gardens, exhibitions and their facilities, as well as all means of mass transportation from buses and other means of transportation and the like, and everything that would offend the holdings of others within the Academy or attempt to do so.
7. Acquisition or possession of firearms, blades and sound speakers, even if the owner or possessor has a justification by law, as well as any tools used in infringing on persons, as well as possession of flammable or explosive materials or any act that threatens the security and safety of the Academy.
8. Acquiring, possessing or consuming narcotic substances of all kinds and considered in their equivalent, as well as intoxicating and spiritual substances of all kinds and the like, as well as counterfeit and counterfeit currencies, whether national or foreign, and circulating them in any way.
9. Possession, acquisition, circulation and display of pornographic materials that violate public order and morals in all their visual and audio forms, as well as the tools considered as the above.

10. Any organization or participation in the organization or participation in meetings, conferences, associations or marches in all its forms and forms, issuing bulletins, newspapers and magazines, distributing them, buying and selling, collecting funds for donations or collective or individual signatures, as well as transferring or publishing any news that harms the Academy, students and employees, member states and the League of Arab States in various media (audio - read - visual) and social networking sites or creating websites on the Internet related to all of the above Without obtaining a written permission from the competent authorities of the Academy or from professors and doctors within the Academy.
11. Practicing any political or partisan activity that contradicts the neutrality or independence of the Academy.
12. Theft or attempted theft within the Academy, whether in kind, such as (money - equipment - tools - devices ..... etc.), scientific or intellectual, such as (research - books - graduation projects - assignment of collective or individual duties - scientific thefts and infringement of intellectual property rights ..... etc).                                                          
13. Forgery in official and customary documents and other documents issued by the Academy or circulated within it or those related to it, as well as imitation of seals as well as obtaining correct documents by illegal means.
14. Entering a person who is not related to the Academy (impersonation) in lectures, tests, examinations or in any of the Academy's facilities or entering to replace the student in lectures, tests, examinations or all Academy facilities.
15. The student's refusal to conduct drug analysis, whether randomly for all students of the Academy, or the requirements for admission or fulfillment of the criteria for students of the College of Maritime Transport and Technology, and refraining from conducting the analysis is a positive legal presumption as a result of the sample analysis, whether equally.
16. Disturbing the order or instructions during lectures, practical lessons, meetings, conferences, seminars, and the like, or attempting to obstruct their progress in any way.
17. Smoking inside the Academy's buildings and facilities, whatever the type of smoking (cigars - electronic cigarettes - hookah..... etc).                                       
18. Any violation of the regulations of the Deanship of Student Affairs, for example, but not limited to, such as trying to use the services provided by the Academy without subscribing to the service (internal housing - restaurant - gym - means of transportation ..... etc).
19. Recording or photographing lectures or attempting to record or photograph, whether using traditional devices or using modern technology devices without the consent of the lecturer.
20. Any attack (piracy) on the Academy's website, websites or social communication pages of colleges, deanships, institutes, scientific centers, faculty members, staff, academy employees and students.
21. Ignite sedition by all means and anything that would prejudice the security of the Academy.
22. Make any modification, change or transfer of the contents of the other facilities of the Academy without the approval of the competent authority.
