Disciplinary penalties

Article Twelve:
1. Warning orally or in writing.
2. Warning of dismissal from the Academy with a written undertaking on the violating student.
3. Deprivation of the semester during which the violation occurred by monitoring the estimate (W) for all registered courses, and the student is not entitled to recover the value of tuition fees or internal housing expenses in the event that he resided in the internal housing at the Academy.
4. Denial of registration in the summer semester.
5. Denial of registration for one semester.
6. Denial of registration for two semesters.
7. Deprivation of registration for two semesters in addition to the summer semester.
8. Final dismissal from the Academy.
Article Thirteen:
In all cases, if any of the Academy's property is destroyed, written on its walls and other violations, the student who commits these violations shall bear the value of what he damaged in addition to the cost of repairs, installation or fines estimated by the Academy for the value of the damage and the consequences without the need to present it to the Student Affairs Committee.
Article Fourteen:
No disciplinary penalty may be imposed other than what is stipulated in the first three articles of Part Three.
Article Fifteen:
In the event that the student obtains his graduation document based on cheating, fraud, forgery or otherwise, the Academy has the right to cancel the decision to grant the certificate and the statement, and the Academy may recommend in the case of forgery to refer the incident to the competent judicial authorities if the incident constitutes a criminal offense.
Article Sixteen:
The student's guardian or the donor or delegate shall be notified of the penalty signed by the committee by the decision of the Student Affairs Committee immediately upon its issuance within three days of the issuance of the committee's decision on the penalty and the student's signature with the information, and notifying him of a registered answer
