     The Education affairs and quality assurance sector in the Academy abides by providing distinguised training services for the faculty members aiming at the development of the faculty members'' abilities & skills with respect to teaching methods, scientific research, utilization of IT, skills and tools of management & leadership for the purpose of achieving high quality standard of education supporting continuous development of the performance system in the Academy in order to keep pace with global developments.

     Faculty Members'' Career Development Programme Unit in the Academy aims at being a distinguished human resources training center for faculty members'' calibers besides developing their skills of teaching & leadership.

Mission
     Faculty Members'' Career Development Programme Unit in the Academy allows training opportunities to the Academy''s teaching staff aiming at the development of educational quality in the Academy as an essential requirement for achieving excellence necessary for occupying a high rank among eminent international universities worldwide and as a requirement for promotion in the Academy and according to standards by the National Authority for Quality Assurance & Accreditation.
   
Objectives
     Faculty Members'' Career Development training courses in the Academy generally aim at improving professional Skills of the staff members through developing basic skills as follows:-

Firstly  : Educational preparation course for Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) and new lecturers.
