Description/Outcomes	This course reviews the commonly available herbal products originating from different plant organs such as herbs, fruits and subterranean organs. The course focuses on the knowledge regarding the proper sources, storage, and preparation conditions. A corner stone of this course will be the detailed study of toxic, poisonous, hallucinating and addicting herbs including morphological aspects and various constituents. Herbal mixtures and marine life derived drugs are covered as well.
