Ms Medhat has been working for the AAST since 2006. Having earned a vast experience as an English teacher beforehand has enabled her to work as an ESP instructor at the ILS, AAST. She has taught several courses: English for Business, English for Hotels & Tourism, English for Engineering, and Maritime English, in addition to developing teaching materials for these courses, such as setting exams and preparing supplementary materials. Therefore, she has become an academic and an ISO coordinator since 2010. Recently, Ms. Medhat has also become a certified Cambridge Speaking Examiner since 2014.
